Shipping policy

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship within Germany only.
 At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

 


 

3. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Berlin, Germany.

 


 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All prices are in EUR (€)

  • Prices include VAT

  • Shipping costs are charged separately

 


 

5. Delays & Failed Deliveries

Kokkum is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer

  • Force majeure events (e.g. strikes, natural events)

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempt, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

 


 

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the package and product.

If your shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and offer an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).
